We keep all event stakeholders involved and updated to reduce the risk of problems and misunderstandings on the day!
Like our other services, we approach the planning of events with a marketing orientation. We consider the ‘event environment’ (with emphasis on the needs and demographics of the target market), and work with you to determine an appropriate concept. From there, requirements pertaining to facilities, insurance, marketing/invitations, service/staffing, refreshments, entertainment and schedules/timing are determined, organised and executed with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
