This determines 1) if we can help your business, and 2) if you feel confident that we are the right people for the job. If so, we move on to the next step.
Marketing Audit
A marketing audit thoroughly examines your business’ marketing environment (customers, competitors, potential target markets and key stakeholders), objectives, strategies and activities.
Marketing Strategy Development
Analysis of this information, combined with additional research and groundwork, results in the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This provides a basis to develop the marketing strategy, complete with specific, detailed recommendations.
Marketing Strategy Presentation
The Marketing Strategy and associated recommendations are outlined in a report format, and discussed with you in detail. Refinements are made if required.
Logo, Slogan and Visual Identity Design (Strategic Branding only)
The Marketing Strategy process enables us to generate a high impact, visual representation of your business and its marketing direction. This stage includes stationery design (business cards, letterhead, with compliments slip and envelopes if required).
Upon completion of the Strategic Marketing/Branding process, we then offer all the tools and services to action tactical recommendations and implement the strategy across the board.
